Man what a day, first thing first, to all you guy that put on the CFF tournaments GREAT JOB !! this was nitro19 and myself first every CFF Tournament and it was ran great look forward to the next one.<br /><br />Today was a day of first timers, we broke a belt on my Optimax first thing this morning just after blast off at BB Comer, so were dead in the water. At this time we started trolling back to Rose berry and fishing just hoping to catch a few fish since we couldn't hit our good spots. <br /><br />well now for the 2nd first timer: we caught our first fish on the Big A Rig after fishing these things for 3 months or longer now.<br /><br />The next first time thing was my partner catching our first double on the A Rig a 6.46 and a 2.67 this was wild having over 9lbs. on one cast.<br /><br />The next first time thing, was me netting two fishing at one time, what a deal!! these A Rigs are awesome.<br /><br />Now for next one, I caught the 12th to 15th cousins of the day which they all was 2.70lbs. I weighted it to see if we could up grade our bag but of course it wouldn't help. I had the A Rig after un-hooking the fish hanging over the side of the boat, and as I pitched the fishing over the side it was caught again on the same rig, it pulled the rod over the side of the boat and last minute I was able to grab it as it going into the water. I WAS Very Lucky!!!!!<br /><br />As you can see we had a interesting day on the Big G, but to finish sixth at the first tournament we was both very happy with everything that happened it could have been worse. everything we had today came on the A Rig in 3 to 8 FOW. on grass lines, we had a total weight of 11.54lbs. and had a 6.46 big fish. <br /><br />THE NEXT FIRST TIMER FOR ME WILL BE FISHING NICKAJACK, but I'm looking forward to it.<br /><br /> <br /> emoBang emoBang emoBang emoBang emoBang emoBang
