Had a couple hours after work, hit up the lower weber and it was really stained. Water levels were alot higher than last week when I went, no bites but got some more practice casting.

Runoff shouldn't last as long this year though because the snowpack level for Weber/Ogden is only 64%.

Runoff is a factor but flows out of Echo will be the bigger factor on fishing. They just cranked flows up today. If they remain stable ( and not increase too much further) then fishing will probable be good in a few days through a lot of the lower Weeb. And usually if it's not you can just move upstream until you find clearer water.
