Im not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but I wanted everyone to see it...Does anyone know where I can get a starter for a 1980's 115 hp Johnson?

You would have to confirm the part number by vin to find out if its what you need but seems there is a good supply.

Do you have the old one? If so Durabuilt in nampa will rebuild it.
