[size 1][size 3]Anglers fishing the Cottonwood Cove area were successful landing both catfish and striped bass. Sally Brooms from Las Vegas Boat and RV Storage said that a local couple caught 12 catfish that ranged from 3 to 4 pounds. The fish were caught at sunset near mile marker 36. Night crawlers were landing the fish. Striped bass that measured less than 21 inches were also caught in very good numbers. The fish were caught in the Narrows. Anchovies were the bait of choice.[/size][/size][/left][size 1][size 3][/size] [center]
