I would think that you'll find enough open water to launch and enjoy yourself by next Friday.

BFT's Irwinfletcher and I were up there today again. No snow accumulated, even though it was cold. It was 35 degrees when we left at 7 pm. There was more open water than on Monday. Significantly more. There is still not a ton of open water, though.
My best guess.... lake totally clear in a week and a half. Probably you could get around almost everywhere next Friday. [signature]

Bryants Fork was pretty open today. The fish were very active and aggressive. Crawdad flies and wooly buggers in purple and black were the ticket.
