Killed the skunk!

Went up to Little Dell for 1 hour because I knew I could kill that aweful skunk that had been following me all day (the nelle, DC, and the Lower Provo). Saw the lake was almost glass, just 1 fisherman there...thought it would be on fire...boy was I wrong. Dispite a hatch going on and the sun going away there was not even a boil! I've seen boils in the sunshine, rain and snow in the past. Sure enough 20 minutes before having to leave I got a bite, that turned into a fighter...and he got off[frown].

Next cast I got one...walked down the shore and got one more. By now I was 10 minutes overdue so I threw out a few more casts (never caught fish on last cast!) and with just a few bites I took off. Man does it feel great to get that skunk off!

For picking up TyeDyeTwin. Had I not had to pick him up I am sure I could have managed a few more fish...personally I was happy to the 2 though...after spending all day without a nibble it was nice to feel some tugs...even if it was from the same old Little Dell cutts.
