Another slow Saguaro day
#1
Hit saguaro again on Friday. You gotta love a four day workweek. Bass were still in full on spawn mode but we did find a couple that were willing to cooperate. The water temp was up. It started at 68 degrees and by two o'clock it was up to 70 degrees. The lake was quite a bit busier, lots of boats launching as we left. There were a lot of ski boats out but surprisingly they stayed their distance from the fishing boats. We did find a couple nice pockets of bluegill but it was later in the day and that really shut down after we boated a few. I think if we had gotten there earlier the story might have been different. Oh well I'll just use that but of info for a later date. Looked for some yellow bass but they eluded us this time. The whole time we were there we didn't see another fish boated so I didn't feel to bad we didn't do better than we did.
I'm not sure how to upload photos while posting from my phone so I'll have to post a picture tommorrow when I can get to my computer.
