Rockport Info

Thinking of hitting Rockport this weekend. Have not seen any posts lately, just wondering if anybody has any info on it.

I fished it last weekend from the boat and trolling pop gear and a wedding ring spinner me and 2 other guys got our limit of rainbows and had about 5 or 6 others get off on the way to the boat. I did see some of the shore fishermen doing some catching as well. The fish are lively ever fish we hooked started jumping like it thought it was a marlin or somthing. I watched a gut from shore land a 17 inch brown and it did the same thing. We didnt catch any monsters just the average 14 to 16 inch range(no tags either)[frown]
