Been gone on vacation for 2 weeks, so couldn't wait to get a line in the water. Started about 3 PM and man was it hot. First time to try a drop shot rig with a Zoom green pumpkin finesse worm. Second cast with it fishing 8-10 FOW dropping to main channel at about 25 FOW got my first drop shot LMB (smaller fish in pics). Lost a nice one on the rock bluffs left of ferry on same rig. Picked up a few keepers around a few docks. It was dead till almost dark, then picked up three about the size of second pic. Was fishing a large hump in 3-5 FOW surrounded by deeper water on both sides. Caught last three on a t-rigged baby paca craw in pumpkin of course. Some idiot in a pontoon drove between me and the hump, like it was the main channel.
