We went out and started around 7 and the heat was already kicking in. We boated 6 fish, which wasn't awesome, but my sons had some great fish. Taught them everything I know lol Which isn't much 
Here's their fish. The one w/ me was alittle over 3lbs. It was 18 1/2 inchs long and 11 1/2 girth. The oldest one was 17 long and 10 round. Around 2.5. Using shaky heads have been the ticket fishing shallow either early or late.
