Crawdadd-in for the kiddies

I would like to take the kids out to catch some crawfish. I am just not sure where to go? I was thinking Strawberry over on the chicken creek W side? Any infou would be wonderful. I am just looking to make a day of it and than come homw and have a good old fashion boil. I also have access to a couple of traps so any kind of info would be great. Think of it as crawfishing for dummies. (and that would be for me) [angelic]
