Triton Transom Transducer
#1
I bought a new fish finder for my boat and I was wondering if anyone knows if the speedometer pitot tube will interfere with the transom transducer operation. I was going to mount them next to each other. I have a triton bass boat and I cant even find the original transducer it has to be mounted on the inside of the boat some where
Anyone know?

Thanks

The thru hull transducer is probably located by the bilge pump area where you can gain access to it. As far as the new one goes there should be no interference from the speed tube.

Before you start drilling and such, check the destructions supplied with the unit on installation. If it is one of the new side imaging units, the ducer needs to be in a certian area for it to work properly. You can also check with Triton on the best place to mount it !!!
