Okeechobee Rig

Has anyone ever heard of an Okeechobee Rig or Sasuteki-rig
It is basically a reverse Texas rig.

I am looking for the weights themselves hard to find if you know of any place I could order them or local shops that might carry them. I live in southern California and the Bass pro shop has the full rig but do not sell the weights by themselves.

I saw a web site called unclejosh.com had warhead weights that are suppose to be for Okeechobee Rigs. They had four different sizes for $5.68 for a two-pack.
