Well yesterday was the final day of mine and my sons 14 day stay at the lake. We've had a great couple weeks catching bluegill, cats and bass. I ended the trip with our club tx on Sat. Me and my partner started our day in 3-5 ftw with cutthroat buzz baits and 10 in t-rigs. Had nothing for about 45 mins until I finally hooked up with a 2 3/4 lber. The rest of our day was spent running and gunning hitting probably 6 spots and picking up a fish or two each place but never found that place that was holding a good group of fish. I fished a shakey head alot of the day after getting lessons from Jmax last week and it worked fairly well. Also had fish on t-rig, spook, buzz baits. Ended the day with 7 keepers and 5 short fish with our best 5 weighing 14-13 and good enough for 1st. Most all fish came from between 3 - 10 ftw.
