so i may take a day away from scouting for hunting season and go out one last time, any reports of the perch from CJ?

The only place i have found them is by the dam. not the spillway but to the left where it goes thru the turbines. About 20 foot of water. you will see them right before and right on where it drops off to 40. Cut but on a jig right on the bottom. If you go real early or late you will catch trout too. the trout will be jumping all around you. there is some good current there. It has been my only perch spot this year. I have tried the hump and a couple hundred yards out of cottonwood with no luck this year. I know people have been catching them in those two spots but not this guy. Good luck i am going to hit it next week.

If it works out for you, you might have to help me ice fish perch. I have only Ice fished for trout at little camas a couple of times. Ice fishing is fun but i just havent got really into it too much.
