Pat took me fishing early this morning. We did pretty good, all things considered. I caught a couple over 13 inches today along with several others of lesser size. It was good to finally get into some nice fish. We did catch a lot of smaller fish though. Many near 10", but most around 9".

No wind to speak of, very little fog early. Just a nice morning. We quit fishing at 10:30. We both had stuff to do today. I'm just now at 5:20 getting home and filing this report. Busy day.

We of course used 1/32 and 1/16 oz BG jigs and some panfish assassins. My 2 biggest fish came on the panfish assassin in the Alewife color. Most of the fish were probably about 15 feet deep, but a couple came on an 8 count with a 1/32 oz jig. We caught our fish on docks, but we struck out on bluffs. I knew better, but Pat just had to fish a couple of them.

Thanks Pat for taking me fishing today. It was a nice morning to be alive in the Kingdom. emoBigSmile emoGeezer
