[cool][#0000ff]That site was started as a new fishing forum by a BFTer...CBR. It was supposed to be less restrictive and not so much family oriented so all the folks who liked to bash on each other and use profanity jumped aboard.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]It was predicted that they would put BFT Utah out of business. And that is about all they talked about on their posts...how much better they were than BFT. Problem was that nobody talked fishing and it quickly tanked. All the rowdies came back to BFT to talk fishing and we just kept rolling along.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]BFT actually bought up "Funny Farm Fishing" a couple of years ago and it has had a few moderators from BFT who have come and gone. So...not a clone but a "sister" forum that really has no reason for being.[/#0000ff]

Freeform is a sister site to BFT. When any sister site is doing poorly because of the lack of post the owners us this method to make it look like the site is an active and to drum up members interest. I doubt it does little good but that is the reason for BFT post appearing there.

Thanks for the reply. I only posted it in case you weren't aware of it. Such sites do pop up with no coordination or permission from rightful owners, unfortunately.
Suffice it to say that I have BFT bookmarked. The other one? No.
