East Beach Access at Yuba

So is there access to East Beach at Yuba. Back when I spent a few summers there you had to boat into it to camp there. I wanna know is there a open road to that beach.

I intend to fish the narrows from a boat and at this point from what I hear it is faster to launch from Oasis (the state park by the dam) but is painted rocks faster or shorter?

If east beach can be accessed then that is definitely fastest.

no road access to east beach, it's all private land, you have to boat to it.
painted rocks boat ramp might be shorter then the state park.
