With the fall streamer bite just around the corner, I am curious to see if anyone would want to do a streamer swap. I would think it would be good to limit the swap to 6-8 or people. I don't mind being in charge of it, and shipping them out.
Let me know if you want in on the swap.

I will let it open for a few days to see if one or two people want to join in. After that I will pm the participants my address, If I can get your ties by the second to last weekend in spetember, we should have them all back to everyone before the awesome streamer month of october. How does that sound?

Also, If you would like to hint towards what your pattern will be, that is fine.......Mine will be a articulated ciricus peanut type streamer, with zonker strips and some other things I like added in. Color will be mostly be a black/olive combination.

To all the participants, I have sent out a PM to each.
The time to join is over. If everyone can get me the flies by the end of September at the latest that would be awesome.
I might have forgot to include my name for shipping, It is Josh Binkley
If all tyers could tie 7 flies that would be great. ( i will randomly add one extra fly when sending them out so you have 2 of one pattern)

thanks again for hosting jabkin
I'm going to go ahead and pull a "Pharticus"
The problem with my streamer pattern is that only respectible size fish will take a hit on this. So don't expect any less then 20" to hit this thing...
most effective way that I use this is trolling(electric motor) on still water in my personal pontoon using a type II sinking line. I don't have much luck casting and retrieving...
On the river I have had an awesome sized brown take this shiner as well.
I added a clip to each fly to keep hole in the eylet open...the new head cement I used was flowing into the eylet. I don't reccomend using the clip too much...it eventually wears open and you lose flys. does work for switching out patterns quickly in bad lighting..
enjoy

Just putting up a reminder. If all tyers could get me the flies in the next week that would be great.
I have flies from matcht and Flyfishingfool.....the rest I am still waiting for.
