Hey guys just seeing if anyone has been to DC recently and if it is fishing well, going after perch mainly but anything would be cool. going in my tube so i have a little bit of manueverabilty around coves and such. any help would be great.

I drove by this morning. There were 15 boats by the river inlet and only 3 others on the main body. It has been like that for awhile. I drive the canyon daily.

I often run up to Deer Creek to just shore tangle for a couple hours in the morning.

I've not been skunked up there all year. I come back with at least 2-3 perch.... almost always caught about right at twilight on a casted lure.

They can't seem to lay off spinners or crank baits at the right time of the morning.

A couple weeks ago I caught a couple perch down by the inlet on one of those flies with a propeller on the front.

I assume the other guy talking about limit was referring to trout?
