Utah lake saratoga????

I was wondering do you have to pay a parking fee in saratoga marina and did any one have any luck on catfish and white bass????

Depends on what you are calling Saratoga? If you mean the north East corner of the lake, by the club house.. you have to be a member and have a special key/pass.to drive in. It is a private marina. some people do park in the church parking lot, or somehwere close, and walk in. not sure about the legal logistics of that. I hear walking in and fishing the lake side of the docks is perfectly fine. They own the dock areas. Hopefully someone else will chime in on that.

If you are talking about the public ramp down by pelican point (some people refer to this one as saratoga as well). it is pay to go in.

Ya im sure its the one close to the church. I just know its close to the jordan river. That marina launch and AF marina are probably the close one from my place.

Im just mainly just going to catch some white bass and hope for kitties because i haven't had a fresh fillet kitty for years. >_<

Even if you park at the church, you have to get to the lake by walking into the development, which I'm pretty sure is trespassing if they wanted to get anal. If you do decide to walk in, if someone wants to be a dink, they will ask if you're a member, and if you're not, they'll ask where your pass/person you're with is. If you're not with someone, they will ask you to leave. If you don't leave, well...

There are better spots on the lake, SS isn't worth the hassle.
