Farmington lake ?

Was playing around with google maps. looking for some new water to fish that is close to home yet still kind of out of the way. came a cross this one. its not the community pond, it up the canyon by Bountiful peak.
just wanted to know if it has any fish? or if its just a lifeless beaver pond.

I drove by yesterday, and the gate to the canyon is closed.

I've heard the lake up top used to be stocked but not anymore.

You can still access the lake from the Bountiful side until it snows. I used to catch fish there when I was a kid but everything would winterkill. I don't think they have planted them for years. There are 3 more lakes behind the Radar towers but they aren't planted either. Just a pretty ATV ride.

hmm maybe just take the camera and get some shots of the fall colors. keep the rod in the truck just in case I see a ripple on the water
