When you see schooling fish with birds on them get up close and cast into the frey. Good fishing.

Very good advive to those that didn't know. We been doing that on the big salty since I can remember. Last few years it has been few and far between. Chasing the schools can be some fast and furious fishing.

That's pretty cool to get two on one lure. My son in law caught two sea trout on one lure last fall on the Indian River at Vero Beach, Fla. Hope to fish with him for a couple weeks this winter.
2010 we were on the ocean off Fort Pierce and I spotted birds hitting the surface and the water was alive about a quarter mile away. Wouldn't ya know the sea was getting rough and we needed to head back.

Thanks gdn443. Have you had any more success with the birds?

We have always had success chaseing the birds. 2012 we never saw any birds working when we went out. I can only hope 2013 brings more fish into our sound.
