What an awesome afternoon...weather & fishing... If I caught a fish this afternoon it had to either want a frog or a spook b/c thats all I planned on throwing..... Caught 7 bass (6 keepers, thought I only had 5 lost count of the fish late in the afternoon when the action heated up...) I guess I could have let Heather claim one of them if we got checked..although she was primarily there for the tan!! Caught the best 5 all on frogs, the the smallest keeper & the non-keeper on a spook. Even with the water low the frog fish seemed to be b/n 3/4 to 1/2 cast back in the mat..oh yeah had one good one probably close to 4 on for a minute before he threw my frog. All fished released alive & well...to bite a frog another day..lol!!
