Well the fishing reports have be abandoned for awhile. They was other pressing isssues such as waterfowl season, which was bad. The mood has gotten back to fishing. The past few days we have all been busy dropping brush piles for crappie. We dropped sixteen tops today before the snow and leaking half sinking pontoon drove us in. Fishing has been slow all along the north end of both lakes this winter. With all the extra rain we have had, which we could have used a bit of last summer, the winter has left most fishermen at home by the fire. The lakes are getting back to normal and we will be fishing next week. I will have the first fishing report of the year and will keep you posted weekly on the new fishing season. Buy new hooks, change line and clean that gob of something you forgot about out from the bottom of the tackle box.<br><br>www.kentuckylakebarkley.com
