Hadn't been out for a week, so didn't know what this front may have done. Got out about 11, Water temps were 55 when I started & 57-58 when I left at 4. Went to back of a creek & started froggin. North wind was tough. Hauled water for about 30 min. Left & went to another slough that was a little more protected. Found a ton of shad on main & 2ndary points with grass. had 3 or 4 half-hearted bumps on the frog that missed, then hit a stretch that was a little deeper & had a nice blow-up. It went 3.5#, then 2 casts later, another nice one & then a few min. later, another nice one & that was pretty much it. Had one more 2# on another point on a spinnerbait, & a slick on a topwater. Kind of tough, but still alot of fun!
