[cool][#0000ff]If you still have your picked-over turkey carcass left from Thanksgiving here is a good way to finish it off...in tortilla soup. This is a spicy soup that warms you from the inside out on cold days. I have been making it with chicken for many years but started using turkey leftovers a while back. Works great.[/#0000ff]
