If I have time ill try and swing out there this week some time to check on the ice, given the temps we have had in the area im guessing no safe ice yet, but I could be wrong.

Nice distraction tactic. Usually it fishes well a week before Christmas. However, this year I have no Idea how things are going down there.

I'm just saying you know its true people are tight lipped about the "C" and "D" lakes until they think its been out fished. We where up there last Dec 9 & 17 and killed them on 28 inches of ice as of last weekend 12/2 there was no ice.
