Adam Eakle from KSL is hosting the 2013 Ice Party at Strawberry Res. this year.
It will be the last Saturday in January and the main event will be inside the Strawberry Marina. Hopefully It's a little better sheltered from the wind there. Tune into his show on KSL channel 5 for more news.

FYI, that is the same day (January 26th) as the Cisco Disco and Bear Lake Polar Plunge. Catch a trout or catch a cisco that is found no where else in the world!

Isn't that a little later this year for Cisco? I guess the last couple years have been a little early and the fish haven't been very easy to catch so I hope this year will be less wavy and more fish. I've about given up on ice, think ill bring my boat and try jigging the Cisco this year, unless the forecast is for wind then I may rethink the tradition. I sure miss ice for Cisco that used to be so much fun with little kids trying to net them. Great memories for the family anyway nice job on outdoors this week. Later J
