well alot of little fish too be had at boulder creek, most in 4-5 inch range, a couple of 8-10 inchers in there, great place too just catch alot, ice is 6" 50 yards out - 4-5 inches 300 yards too the NW, snowing and blowing 20+ when I was there on Sat., ice is still sketchy so be careful and use a spud or drill hole's every 15 yards like I did,

SL is only 2-3" not thick enough for me, Idahopanfish any time in January should be good and thick enough for a wheeler as long as it stays cold,
