That is impressive for Utah. Right up there with Wy. Great to read about the unemployment. I admit I am surprised with all the south of the border help, but I guess the law is cracking down on that to.
What is kind of depressing is that Herbert is in the mix.

Utah committed to reducing expenses in place of raising taxes or increasing debt but true to form California went a different direction by voting to pass a ballot initiative to raise sales taxes as well as income taxes for people who make at least $250,000 a year. Little wonder the state also has one of the highest tax burdens on income. The state also has the third-worst business tax climate in the country.
