Just caught an episode of "hook line and dinner" which included some Catfish noodling, and cooking - bacon woven on a Kabob with onion, tomato, and marinated catfish. Then rolled in cornbread, and deep fried. Hmmmm.
Also 'caught' some smoking techniques where they cut strips, and poke a toothpick through to hand the strings from the smoker rack. Just might have to try that!
