perch fishing ??

Hello I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any more lakes or ponds that are near Montpelier.

I tried Montpelier reservior last weekend caught tons of small perch and had a great time but im looking for some other lakes or ponds that are open to the public near Montpelier. Any help would be great Thank You and good luck fishin

You can always try Bear lake. Cisco beach. Tie up a cisco, drop it off about 50-100 yds. out. And hope for the best.? Big Mack!!

thanks for the tip Big Macks are nice for sure but im really looking for some perch crappie bluegills etc. I know it probably sounds strange but I Love to fish for panfish to. They are small but pack a big punch on light tackle and I cant wait to get back out on the ice again as soon as possible.

I enjoy panfish. Just seems, they are hard to come by. With any size around here? I am thinking of visiting my brother's around Mccall and Cascade. Those fish have the meat. If you cut a finger on those fish. You have earned it. []
