We fished from the bank in several places. The crappie were in 10 ft. deep water with structure. BG in Bluegrass with 1/16 chartruse head was lure . The bite was slow so we tried deeper water and changed lures to Cotton Cordell gold casting spoons. Water depth is about 20ft. deep with a ledge that drops off to about 35 ft., I caught a nice spot just before it drops off to deeper water. I hooked a good Largemouth near vertical structure on an 8ft. ledge that drops into the 35 ft. water. We started fishing about 12 noon until 5pm.
