Bear Lake Ice

Drove all around the lake today and there isn't any ice that I would dare walk on yet. The north, west and south parts of the lake are freezing. The east side is all open water with two guys in a boat today. The marina is all frozen and the boat ramp by gus rich point is froze. If it keeps up the cold weather and no wind it will freeze.

I honestly wish it wouldn't freeze, id like to be able to launch my boat. Its been a while since I had real good icefishing on bear lake, I quess id take that too!

Thanks for the pics, great report, i was hearing rumor it had completely capped. I'm either way, I just hope it stays bitterly cold and freezes the whole lake up good, or gets a good blow going and cleans it up. One way or the other I hope to be out there soon...
