New to strawberry ... Tips?

Hey guys, still a little newer here to ice fishing and have been trying to get my brother and roommate it to it as well. Deer creek has been a little slow, I have gotten a few bows but can't seem to get my bro to land anything yet. I d like to take them out to strawberry for a good time and some good fishin but don't know much about it. Fished it twice at the ladders a few years ago, but was hoping you guys could give me some tips on where else we could make some holes on the berry. We don't have snow machines ar atvs, so we d like to not go too far, but we do have 4wd if needed. Any tips are appreciated, thanks!

if you are not catching fish move. some times shallow or deeper. or the other side of the lake!

I would say drive the extra 40 miles and go to Starvation. But if you are hell bent on the berry, move till you find the fish. I have done well up there using paddle bugs tipped with wax worms. The white kind of paddle bug.
