Took my son inlaw on his first ice trip. we decided on lost creek. fish around the boat ramp. 40-42' water temp 39.
fishing was slow only iced 3 bows 11 to 12" son inlaw sunked.
Thought for sure I had turned him off to ice fishing forever. But on the ride home he said he loved it and wants to go again. Told him next time we would try perching smaller fish but lots of action.
