I know right, it looks like the narrows in the summertime. lol I've been using my gps and fishing my bass waypoints. Found some small crappie last fall, I wonder?

i am wanting to try bear lake, but depending on the weather i may end up at deep creek

You boys heading over to CJ, be careful. I was there yesterday and the ice was great in the Bruneau arm, but over by Black Sands the ice was pretty sketchy in places. I'd hate to hear of someones demise. With this warmer weather trend, I'd think the ice on CJ would go away fairly quickly. Good luck.

Oh, by the way, brought home 40 perch 37 of which were over 10 inches, 1 crappie, and 3 rainbows. Threw back at least 10 other rainbows and several smaller perch. What a great day.

Not sure if the road got any better later in the day but the road down to cottonwood was insane this morning. I cant believe folks were still towing campers down that. I turned around and went to black sands. As mentioned above the ice aroumd shore is open but still 10 inches in the middle of the boat ramp area
