I will be up there tomorrow with the kids. I was also out there yesterday. The edges on the west side last turnoff before the state park were good in the morning. there was standing water on it about 200 pm. But the ice was still good. I think they are filling the lake. Ill bring the gps and see if the perch are still in the spot I did well at a couple weeks ago.

Thanks Daniel, when they are filling is usually when you get some water on the edges where it can be tough driving onto the ice. Might need to bring some planks. Good luck tomorrow........Fishon

I dont think that are filling it too fast. Las t week at least it didnt look like people were having a problem with atv,s at the boat ramp. Will you guys have flags flying? Ill stop and say hello if Im welcome in your group.

Also yesterday the perchin wasnt too bad in 33 feet of water. I only got 7 and the smallest was 6 inches. Would have probably caught more but the wife got cold with the wind.

We do not have a flag but we have stickers on our Jet sleds. We will have two camo 750 brute force wheelers. you are more than welcome to fish with us. I think 35-45 feet we should find fish. We will keep pounded holes till we get into some bigger fish. There should be 5 in our group. Are you going to get on the ice from the last West side pull out again? What does your set up look like?

I will most likely get on the ice at the boat ramp. I drive a black kia minivan and drag a camo jet sled around. I dont have an ATV. I just hoof it. I will have 2 10 year old in tow with their black jet sled jr. I hope to be out there early but I will have to see how fast my kids get their a$$e$ in gear. Ill stop buy and say hello. Hopefully we can get into some nice perch.

We didn't do too bad. Came out of there with 14 perch. The biggest about 9 and the smallest 5. A little dinkster. I found my old perchin spot and stayed. Got a couple hook ups on some nice feeling trout but never did get to see them. One came right off the bottom in 43 feet of water. I think that might have been a sucker. Didn't see that one either.
