A few days here in PA have been relitivly warm (60 degrees!), if it warms up again, will it be worth taking a shore fishing trip out for panifish, or will they still be hiding down in the deep? I know the water temp takes a while to warm up in relation to the weather.
Thanks, Alex

Welcome to the site Alex. It is always worth a try when it comes to going fishing but it is doubtful the catching will be very good this early in the season. Good luck if you do get out there.

find a shallowish dark bottomed bay near where the fish are wintering. they could very well come up to catch some rays if its sunny and warm.
