Good fishing, alot of people. Caught limit in 2.5 hrs of rainbows. Caught only 3 cuts in slot. There was a lot of people there. Had to move 4 times till I started to get hits. They were 10 feet under the ice.

There was a white truck parked right on the road going in so in order to pass, they had to go around it That caused grief to others who wanted to pass. 2 other vehicles tried to go around it. A white 4wd truck and later on, a Jeep Cherokee. Both got stuck in pretty deep snow.

Glad to hear you did well! I got out on Friday up there in Soldier Creek. Was on my own for the first two hours, before my friend from Hooper and his family got up there. I was drilling my first holes at 0700. For the first two hours it was non stop!

I usually hit Strawberry a lot during the year. This was my second trip to the lake, and the first to Soldier Creek side this year. It was as fast as I can remember for those first two hours. Caught lots and lots of bows too, and only four cutts.
