Bear Lake Rpt. Friday

We fished BL today from about 8am to noon. Caught 3 cutts and a nice mess of whitefish for my friend's smoker. Some whitefish were honest 3 pounders. Fishing was a bit slower today than this past Monday, but a storm is moving in (at least that is what I will blame it on). Anyway, we all caught fish and had a great time. Used Swedish Pimples & Castmasters tipped with either nightcrawlers or wax worms. Not sure how the guys out deeper did today but there were quite a few groups out there. Ice was great. I measured it today. It was 14" and about 4" of snow on top. No mushy spots and no slush.

Yes, but if I make it out tomorrow, I'm heading out deeper. Had friends that fished in 95' and did well for lakers and a few cutts.
