middle weber conditions

Went to the river around coalville about a week and half ago and it was still pretty iced over and the open spots were really murky (barely a foot visibility). Wondering if the conditions have changed much since then? Thinking maybe the hoytsville area? Never fished the middle yet and have been wanting to check it out.

if your going to fish up near Hoytsville keep an eye open for private property up there, its mingled in with public access. i have been fishing the middle quiet a bit recently. very few frozen areas, clarity has improved ALOT compared to last month. been having a ton of luck on various zebra midges
