Rod class info
#1
thursday class is full.

saturday class: still room for a couple

time 6pm to 8 pm

2 nights each thursday or saturday. 1 night, a day of your choice, when you have the rod wrapped and wish to flexcoat.

The sooner you pick out your componants the better selection you will have.

most guys are building spin rods a couple are building fly rods.

if you have a !/4" round file and 3/4" masking tape bring them to night 1 if not don't worry about it, I have a couple.(don't go out and buy them)

look forward to class

I'm fired up for the class. I ordered my St. Croix blank today. A 6'6" heavy, fast action, 12-25 line weight for mack jigging. Black reel seat and guides and a 7" cork handle and 4" forearm. Wrapped in purple and teal thread, it's going to be a beauty!

I'm building a 7' 3 wt fly rod on a native blank with gold line guides, and gold and wood reel seat and 7" cork handle. Candy apple red & gold thread on a magogany blank. I'm hoping this is a totally awesome looking rod. And its the first I've ever built.

Sounds like fun! Just wish I knew what spinning rod I would like to build.

Hey BLM, be careful, it may look so good that you will want to frame it in your living room, rather than fish with it.
