Here is a whopper I caught today! I am however a little disappointed because my scales I believe were way off. It was 28&quot; long and had a 18&quot; girth. Is there an accurate length x girth calculator to guess the fish weight? <br />Report:<br />I was in a staging area in about 6-8&#39; fow we also caught two over 5 lbs then this beast hit! After jumping outta the water two times it finally gave up and came to the net. Water temp was 45 deg and air temp was 38 deg wind was blowing about 20 mph.This also proves that you can catchem on things other than the A-rig! It was caught on a 1/4 oz trap ripping it outta the grass. The big fish are eating well right now and i think we have about 3 more weeks of great fishing coming up!<br />It was photoed and released.
