Willard water level

I was driving by Willard today and decided to swing into the North Marina and it looks to me like it has came up about a foot or so!!no sign of any dredging going on!![][][]M.H.

I was hoping to see what the North marina looked like today when we drove past but it was dark when we went up and dark when we came back. Is the water in the marina or just in the channel? What a bummer, they haven't started the dredging, I do not think any dredging will be done now with the water coming up. If this happens again next year(low water) we will be right back to the same spot we were this year with not enough water to launch our boat in the marina. WH2
