<br /> Been wanting to go to get the skunk off of me from the last 2 trips. The day was kinda slow and it was really windy which made it hard to fish some of the spots we wanted to. Caught 2 keeper buck bass and 1 pig. We were fishing our way out of spawning flat on a point when Ronnie got hung up and we went to the bank to retrieve it. I had to pull the trolling motor up it was so shallow. Trolled back out to deeper water and I started fishing the ditch between the to points. Ronnie casted his rig right back where he got hung up and made 1 crank with reel and she nailed it. It weighed 7lbs 12oz. <br /> He was using a five wire rig with 2 Berkley dummy baits two 3 inch yum money minnows and a 4.5 cane thumper in the middle. The fish ate the money minnow. That was pretty much it except for a few bumps which I think were crappie. The shad that was in the its throat was huge, the fork tail looked to be at least 2.5 inches wide.
