Went to Wheatland #2 on sat but it was opening up.Fished open water and caught 20" wally on worm/jig.Right off the bat!Fished 3.5 hrs and no more bites.Went with planB and went 25 miles north to Toltec res.Its about the size of tarryall res and it was frozen solid! 4" Fished from noon till 3 and caught 3 bobo's-12" and 1 bo-19" all on white teardrop/worm jigging Talk about a blast!Missed a bunch also-must be out of ice fishing shape-I'm really stoked now!

Yea its hardwater time but you gotta go lokking for it-I also bring my open water stuff just in case.I'm thinkin Cowdrey this sat 11-22 unless I hear like 11-mile is frozen or something like that.

what did you guys find out?

Is it stiff yet?

crazy world we live in, Ice fishing 1000 miles south of me before we up here even see our first snow flake.... (I know its the altitude thing.[Smile])
