Ok, so I was using the actual youtube share and embed address link before which does not work.
#1 You have to just open the Youtube video.
#2 When open on its own page copy the address in the address bar.
#3 Then paste that in the Video Embed Box below your new post on this site.
#4 Click in the white space just below the embed box and it will say Youtube video added successfully! If you've done things correctly.
#5 Before you post check preview and see if you can actually see your video and it should be there is all went correctly.
#6 I'm sorry if you posted instructions somewhere else I just couldn't find them.
