fishing was on fire tonight me and buddy landed over 50 bass tonight when the wind picked up it was almost a fish per cast they were taking jigs rattle traps jerk baits and senkos most of the fish were on texas rigged senkos about 20 to 30 yards out of the trees did manage a few in the trees but they were smaller than the ones we were catching in open water we were wading no boat great night tons of fish most were 1.5 to 2.5 pound with a few in the 4 to 5 pound range and the water is plenty warm for wading with out waders we were in shorts tonight it is kinda hard though wading on crutches my knee is still all messed up form my crash ice fishing but i couldn't take it any longer i had to catch some lake lowell large mouth[fishon]

Good report. Glad to hear you are doing better and getting into some fishing. A little fishing exercise is good for the soul!

AHHH! The glory days of LL! That lake is one of the best bass fishery's that i know of it is one of the ONLY things i miss about living in that part of the state. Awsome job way to be a champ do me a favor a snag a few more pigs outta there for me i know theres WAYYYYY bigger than 5 lb in there!
